Good to know

Is the price final?

Yes. It includes 18kt gold, insured shipping and — for the USA and Canada — duties and taxes too. Nothing to pay on delivery.

Is it real gold?

Every piece is solid 18kt gold (750‰), hallmarked, and comes with our shop’s certificate of guarantee.

When am I charged?

When you order, your payment is only authorised. We charge it after confirming your piece is available, within 24 hours. If it isn’t, the authorisation is cancelled.

How does pick-up in Rome work?

Choose “Pickup” at checkout. Your jewel is usually ready in 2–4 days and we’ll let you know. We’re at Via Daniele Manin 7a, two minutes from Termini station. You can also reserve it with a 30% deposit on WhatsApp.

Can I return it?

Yes, within 30 days if you don’t love it. Return shipping is at your cost; for the USA and Canada the original shipping and duties are not refundable unless the item is defective or wrong.

I can’t find my length or thickness

Message us on WhatsApp: we’ll send real photos and videos and, if we don’t have it, we’ll source it for you.
